You must attend these orientations in order to be allowed to go out in the OC2. The only other way to have access is if someone wants to be a Rep for a specific OC program, to orientate their group, they would be taking on the responsibility of conveying all the information. Any damage due to ” ignorance of policy or procedure from their paddlers would be their responsibility.If anyone was taking on this role, so they would be noted as such and get a signature.
