Boat Reservations – Holiday Bonus Hours:
The boat reservation system will open at approximately 8:00 pm,
Wednesday, December 16th. With the holiday closure (see below),
reservations will only be available from Saturday to Wednesday. There
will be no reservations available for Friday, Christmas Day.

As a Holiday Bonus and because we currently have no programs operating
in the afternoon, additional hours will be added for Saturday, December
19th. We are unable to do the same for Sunday as the Community Centre is
closed and we do not have access to water for cleaning the boats. The
extra time slots on Saturday will be:

C-Lions: (2 boats each)

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

1:15 pm to 2:45 pm

1:30 pm to 3:00 pm

1:45 pm to 3:15 pm

Marathon: (1 boat each)

12:00 pm to 1:30 pm

1:15 pm to 2:45 pm

1:30 pm to 3:00 pm

To V1 Users: please note that the Teva Nui (V1) is out of service and
will not be available again until the New Year.

Holiday Closure:
A reminder that Small Boat Reservations will be closed between Thursday,
December 24th and Sunday, January 3rd. This is in alignment with the
Community Center’s closure for the holidays where our main water source
comes from for cleaning and sanitizing our boats after use. Without
water access, we are unable to open for club boats reservations.

Booking system will reopen Wednesday, December 30th at 8:00 PM for
reservations starting on Monday, January 4th.

Private boat owners’ access will not be affected however, if you wish to
clean your boat after use, you will need to bring your own cleaning
supplies.

Volunteers Needed:

Our dock staff really appreciates all the help and support received when
our members step up to fill our volunteer positions through the week.
New volunteer opportunities have now been posted on our sign up site.
When coming for your volunteer shifts, please bring warm layers and a
cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate to help keep you warm!

Have a great paddle!
